What a fabulous city Bruxelles is.
We can recommend a visit to everyone.
We snuck out early, careful not to wake Tina & Jemma (we'd all had a late night) and walked the short distance to Grand Place to view the old buildings one more time.
While having breakfast we could watch everyone busily start their day's work.
Even the drive out of the city show-cased some interesting features. It must be one of the best city's to negotiate and before we knew it we were on the road to Germany, passing through Holland on the way.
Our aim was to get to Neuss before midday as that's when we had to return the hire car. In typical DICKSON fashion we managed it with about 3 minutes to spare!
With the car returned we picked up Tobi's Dad's car (the Pontiac wagon), which we'd left in a secure area, and drove to Juchen to check out POLO, the HUGE motorcycle shop, one more time.
On this visit we watched people testing helmets in the specially made wind tunnels. A great idea when considering a new purchase.
We were just lookers but it's great to be able to compare so many things in the one place.
We drove to Odenkirchen before making our way back to Hotel Landgasthoff at Kelzenberg.
We are like regulars, we've stayed a few times over the past few weeks.
We are always warmly welcomed by the owner Horst and the waitress Christina.

They always ask after the Motorrad and it's always bad news.
Hopefully we change that tomorrow.
